Review boundary
Document Readiness Review supports broker operations by reviewing uploaded documents for technical signals and consistency issues. It does not provide credit advice, lending approval, document authenticity certification, fraud certification, legal advice or compliance sign-off. It does not create, alter, complete, or embellish borrower evidence. Final responsibility remains with the mortgage broker, licensee and lender.
