LAAVA policy
Data Retention
LAAVA retains broker case data only for the operational period needed to support file review and result download.
Uploaded case packages, organised result ZIPs and related case records are retained for the configured retention period.
The current default retention period is 60 days. After that period, LAAVA's cleanup process deletes upload files, result files and case records from active storage.
Users can use dashboard manual deletion controls to delete selected version files earlier where the feature is available. Manual deletion is intended to remove files from the active workspace and processing queue within one business day.
Limited metadata, security logs, audit logs, billing records and support records may be retained for legal, security, abuse-prevention and accounting purposes.
backups are overwritten or aged out according to the applicable backup lifecycle and may take longer than active workspace deletion, commonly up to 30 to 60 days depending on the configured service.
Users should download required result packages before the delete-after date shown in the dashboard. Manual deletion is intended to remove files from active storage and should be treated as irreversible.
Current default: 60 days.
